Cold laminating pouches
We maintain a huge

pouch order by 3:30 pm Pacific time (that's 6:30 pm eastern time) and
our normal procedure is to ship it that same day! Specify overnight
delivery and you can have your supplies tomorrow morning.
At first glance cold
laminating pouches appear to be similar to hot laminating pouches.
However, they are significantly different. Here is a brief summary

The differences between
hot and cold pouches: Cold laminating pouches use pressure,
not heat, to laminate your heat sensitive documents. Pressure is
used to cause an adhesive to bind the laminating material to the
item being laminated. Cold lamination is ideal for protecting materials
that might be damaged by heat such as photographs, and print-outs
from ink-jet printers.
It also means that cold
lamination is safer to use (you don't need to be concerned about
accidentally being burned), there is no smell and cold lamination
does not necessarily require electricity to run the laminating machine.
Cold Laminators are available from Xyron for various labeling applications in various sizes.
XRN 900 - Laminates and applies an even layer of adhesive to items up to 9" wide, without the use of heat or electricity. Feed an item into the XRN 900, and turn the handle for effective stickers, magnets, and labels. It features a removable cutter to provide additional trimming to applications.
XRN 1200 - In addition to laminating items up tp 11.5" in width, the XRN can produce stickers, magnets and labels. it Can apply an even layer of adhesive to items up to 12" wide. The 1200's easy-load cartridges then allow you to change between applications quickly and conveniently.
XM 1255 - Apply laminate, adhesive, or both onto any application up to 11.75". It is a low-hazard, environmentally safe laminator that does not use heat or electricity. Just feed an item into the XRN 1255, turn the handle, and trim for professional lamination results every time
XM 2500 - Laminates or mounts banners, posters, and stickers up to 25" wide without the mess and smell of heat or electricity. Just run your item through the XRN 2500, turn the handle and trim the the supply for clean and professional lamination every time.
XM 4400 - Laminates items up to 44" wide. It can also apply adhesive to the back of supplies. The Pro 4400 can produce mockups, POP, signage and other large documents quickly and cleanly. Supply cartridges are easy to change, allowing you to quickly shift between applications.
